duo q ranked partner PLS

so i have lost 5 consequtive matches in ranked over the last 3 days in situations i couldn't fantom i mean i can cary games but this is too much for my brain ;(
first- janna was afk at the start their adc had 7 kills in mid and bot after 12 min
second- mid lost lane rage quited the snowballed us into oblivion
third- their team comp was to hard to push through (mundo renek mlumu vayne) got fed with kayle but couldn't suceed in pushing trhouµgh their brute force
fourth- got an ap nid support 5 kills in lane i had none got camped bye jungler and their adc took advantage of this and snowballed really hard
fifth- this was just one of those games that blew my mind game start only guys active" where mid and me 3 afk fromù star '-- wel the came back at min 9 orso saying something about not being able to connect (gg riot) aaand so i got demoted AGAIN i am hovering sinds start of s4 between silver 3
2 and 4 and i really don't know what to do now i am a toplaner its hard for me already to go things like mid or adc so i can impact the game morre but my luck is a bit too hard on me recently can someone i can trust a lane to pls duo q me QQ im trying really hard to be polite and direct people and givce advise like everybody says i pick carries and carry lanes BUT I CAN'T HANDLE THIS i mean if i team up with you guys i can trust lanes too you because ytou guys actually play at a decent rate ands arent xcocky like sh*t pls somebody respond im at my limit here
