Ranked play info and FAQ for the preseason (summary)

With Season 3 competitive play officially a wrap, you might be wondering why your ranked stats haven’t been reset. We'll be rolling out a soft ranked reset at the start of the 2014 season and not the beginning of the preseason.

u wont loose anything while not playing sq like due to inactivity

That is the formula for reset.
As you see you don't lose much.. So nothing wrong with playing during preseason

So, i'll actually get more or do I stay at 1150 ?

1150 + 1200 = 2350
2350/2= 1175

but whats better is that u start with ur mmr but as i understood it u start doing ur placement matches with that mmr

I'm Silver V, but I get matched with Gold IV to Gold II in general.
