so im gonna buy sope new runes and im wondering should i go for the + 12% health or the +100+- health ?

Depends on what champion you play.
If you play a champion who is really strong in the Early lvls with some extra HP I would go for that.
but if you have a champ that scales pretty good in to the late game you should go for % HP.

Of course you need to keep in mind that it MAY HARM your EARLY Levels if you for the %HP or your late lvls if you with the +100HP.

Personally I never take any of those, as on the champs that would really benefit from it, benefit even more from +% Movementspeed or AS/AD (this is ofcourse if you are talking about Quints)

what i checked for the magic resist runes is when is the break even point

dont forget to calculate the items in u normally have by that time

for example

dr mundo

base 433

lvl 1

0.5% 435hp

100hp 533

lvl 5

base health 789

0.5% 792

100hp 889


lvl 10

base health 1323

0.5% 1329

100hp 1423

auf lvl 18 bringt eine rune auch nur so 10 hp

wenn ich mich nicht verrechnet habe bräuchtest du 20k hp damit der break even point erreicht ist kannst ja nochmal selber nachrechnen

du kriegst sicher nicht nur .5% für 3 quints. Vielleicht 1.5%?
und 3 flat hp quints sind auch nur 78 hp.

So as my German is pretty fucking bad... I'd like to know, what the better one is and if its even smart to do compared to other "normal" runes
