BackoY is no more in the project

He has no more any single motivation to match up with SHP requirements because his head hurts from hitting it on the wall after soloQ fails without learning.
But he decides to, definitely, learn alone. That I trust he can do
 slowly than other SHP members, of course, but it's where his happiness is, so better to not continue with Silver Hope Project.
